Our widely used Plan Room is one of the largest construction reporting services in New York State. Our members have the ability to review plans and specifications on line dealing with commercial, industrial, institutional, state and federal projects and multiple family residential units in New York and Pennsylvania. Our reporting service handles over 4,000 plans each year. The Online Plan Room allows you to search for bidding opportunities by geography, construction type, CSI code and keywords. It also carries other pertinent bidding information such as bonding requirements, bidder's lists, where to purchase plans and much more. It also allows you to download drawings and specs, print them in house or you can place an online order from the Association which will be mailed or be sent by the overnight carrier of your choice.
