Bradley P.  Walters, Executive Director

Mr. Walters is Executive Director of the Southern Tier Builders Association and the Associated Building Contractors of the Triple Cities in Binghamton, NY. Mr. Walters has twenty-two years of experience in the construction industry, which includes civil engineering, land use planning, zoning and infrastructure development. Mr. Walters earned his bachelors degree from Edinboro University.

Jamie Bowman, Office Manager 

Mrs. Bowman is the Office Manager, and as such, the main point of contact for members. She assists members with benefits, access to our Plan Room, coordination of events, as well as the association’s bookkeeping. Mrs. Bowman is a graduate of Jamestown Business College.

Bonnie Wilcox, Plan Room Coordinator

As the Plan Room Coordinator, Mrs. Wilcox collects, compiles, coordinates and inputs construction project data for construction projects in southwestern New York state and northwestern Pennsylvania.

Christopher Crowley, Marketing Representative

Chris Crowley is the Associations Marketing Representative.  Chris has been with the Association since 2006.  He brings with him over 25 years of account management experience.  As Marketing Representative his role is to increase awareness of the Association and to increase membership.
